My Story

Hey there!

​

My name is Elizabeth Jones, but you can call me Beth.  I am the owner/operator of HR Huddle.  My family and I moved out to East Texas in 2011 from the Dallas area to hit the reset button.  We fell in love with the people and the pace, so we have officially laid down roots.  My husband and I have been married for 18 years and have three beautiful girls (18), (17), and (10).

Consulting was always a long-term goal for me.  After a year of consulting on the side (and a little push from a friend), I decided to jump off the deep end and launch my own company.  I absolutely love the field of HR and the challenges that come from it.  Every day provides new obstacles to overcome while making the workplace a better environment for everyone.  I certainly don't consider myself a standard HR professional.  With over 15 years of experience, I have a passion and work ethic that are unmatched.  I am forever striving to be better today than I was yesterday.
