Refund Policy

Refund Policy for HR Consultation Services at HR Huddle

At HR Huddle, we are committed to providing high-quality HR consulting services tailored to your business needs. To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Once a consultation session has been completed, fees are non-refundable, as the service and expertise have been provided.

  • Customized HR policies, reports, and compliance documents are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or no rescheduling fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Packages & Retainers

  • If a client has prepaid for multiple sessions, unused sessions may be refunded upon request, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Retainer agreements are refundable only if services have not yet been initiated, with deductions for any work already performed.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify us in writing within 7 days of the consultation. We may offer a follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., consultant unavailability, technical issues) prevent us from delivering a scheduled consultation, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
